Cyber Cafe Board:


Board Chair -  Ann Pate - Grant Writing and Fundraising

Ann Pate was born in Bismarck, North Dakota and attended the University of Montana, graduating with a Resoruce Management degree. After moving to the Wadena area, she has been extremely active in the community, especially with the Cyber Cafe. Without her help this project might never have gotten off the ground. She serves as the Clerk for the Wadena-Deer Creek School District's school board, a member since 2002.


 Judy Taves -  Software and Bookeeping Support
Judy Taves grew up in Lubbock, Texas where she received a Master's degree is Business from Texas Tech University. She moved to Wadena in 1974 and has been active in the community ever since. The current Wadena-Deer Creek School District school board Chairperson, she has been vital to both the school and the community through her actions. She has been serving the Cyber Cafe since its induction and joined the board in 2007.

 

 Gail Vittetoe -  Event Coordinator
Gail Vittetoe grew up in Battle Lake, Minnesota and is a mother of three. She has been active in the community and with the Cyber for the past few years and is an avid scrapbooker and seamstress. Self-employeed for over 30 years, she still finds the time to offer her advice and expertise to the Cyber, joining the board in 2007.

 

Sara Stone- Secretary

Doug Wolff- Marketing
Doug is one of the hardest working board members.  When ever the Cyber is in need he helps out with behind the counter, cleaning, or comming up with new ideas.  Doug is currently working on his newest creation so stay tuned. 

Kathy Yelle- Grant writer

Kathy Yelle grew up in Anoka, MN. She attended Augsburg College in Minneapolis where she earned a degree in Psychology. Her daughter Megan's idea for a teen center was the inspiration for the Cyber Cafe. Kathy currently lives in Minneapolis but has stayed active on the Cyber board and with fundraisers.
